Work Schedule

All work will be completed on a timely basis.  As a subcontractor, it is my mission to ensure that my clients are satisfied with the quality of the work and the timeframe in which it is completed.  All daily work will be finished by the end of the workday, where feasible.

 

As most Virtual Assistant's operate normal office hours, they can normally find at their desk throughout the day. JG Admin Services goes one step further.  I recognise that a lot of small business owners and entrepreneurs are busy during the day and save the paperwork until the evenings and weekends.  I ensure that I can be contacted by my client's at any hour from 6am through to midnight, Mon to Saturday (8am until 12 noon/4pm until 7pm Sundays).  Ideal if you work unsociable hours; have international interests or just want to organise your day better.  


All telephone calls are answered where possible and messages returned promptly.  Email messages are checked regularly and action taken where necessary.  I inform all clients of any scheduled time out of the office with plenty of notice to ensure that there is as little disruption caused as possible.

Accountability

In an effort to provide an effective way to ensure that we are invoicing clients for the actual time worked, we make use of software available which keeps track of the time worked.  The program runs like a stop watch and can start and stop the timer as the need arises.

Additional Charges

All expenses incurred as a result of completing work for you will be invoiced separately.  This can include, but not limited to telephone calls, stationery, postage and travel costs.  All effort will be made to keep such costs to a minimum. Where the price could be considered prohibitive, consent will be sought.
